Nora Wahby BIOGRAPHY

Nora Wahby is the Head of Customer Unit West Africa & Morocco for Ericsson within Market Area Middle East and Africa. She is responsible for supporting operators across 24 countries to meet and exceed their strategic objectives using Ericsson Technology and Services.

Nora’s illustrious career with Ericsson started almost 20 years ago when she joined Ericsson Egypt as a Network and Technology Consultant. Over the years she garnered valuable experience across several key accounts and positions. In January 2008, Nora joined the Ericsson Vodafone Egypt account as a Program Manager for the Vodafone Egypt Performance Project. This role within the Vodafone Egypt account evolved over the years, and in 2013 she was appointed as a Key Account Manager with the telecommunications provider. Prior to her current appointment, Nora held the title of Key Account Manager for MTN South Africa.

Nora holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Arab Academy in Egypt and Michigan State School of Business in the United States of America. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt. Nora was appointed to her current role in June 2018.
