Kevin is a proven executive with more than 25 years of international experience across the Ericsson business portfolio and has proven capability in ensuring an ethical and responsible approach to doing business. He believes in strong end-to-end business performance and governance.
He has held several senior sales roles including four Key Account Management assignments (Egypt, Indonesia, Oman and Malaysia) along with holding the roles of Head of Industry Verticals Sales Support and Head of the Managed Services Practice for Region North East Asia. In addition, he has established the Ericsson Branch Office in Sudan and was the Country Manager and Head of Services there for several years. Throughout his years of experience, he has gained strong service delivery experience from multiple markets in Project Management (Japan), Services Management (Sudan) and Customer Support Management (MU Northern Africa). He was also responsible for Operational Excellence & Development in Market Unit Northern Africa and established the Change Program Practice there.
He has a highly developed and broad cultural awareness and possesses strong experience in managing and leading diverse teams in an inclusive and collaborative manner always geared to achieve targets. He is result driven and has high attention on efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. Kevin is Irish and is passionate about his family, creating and playing music, seeking adventure through travel and staying fit.
